Overview
You can export orchestration results into a PDF or image file for further analysis and sharing. This document outlines the methods for exporting a summary report from the orchestration level and a detailed, step-by-step report from an individual test case.
How It Works
Follow these steps to generate a report.
Exporting from the Orchestration Results Page
- Navigate to the Orchestrations tab.
- Locate the desired orchestration and click Results under the Actions column.
- The Orchestration Results Report will open in a new tab.
- On the results page, click Export and select either PDF or Image to download the summary report.
Exporting from an Individual Test Case
This method provides a detailed report with screenshots for each action within a single test case.
- Open the specific test case for which you want a detailed report.
- Click the Details button.
- Click on Actions.
- Select Reports.
- Choose Export Test Actions (.pdf). The PDF file containing all test case actions and their corresponding screenshots will be downloaded.
Limitations
The orchestration-level export provides a summary report of the entire run. It does not include a consolidated PDF with detailed screenshots from all test cases in the orchestration. To obtain a report with step-by-step screenshots, you must export it from each individual test case.
