Overview
This article addresses an issue where users with permission to create or modify integrations encounter a 404 error when trying to access the integration settings page.
How It Works
Integration settings (e.g., Slack, Jira,test case management) are configured within the Team module. For a user to access these settings, their assigned role must have permissions for both integrations and the Team module itself.
To resolve the 404 error and allow access, ensure the user's role has the following permissions enabled:
- Team Module Access:
User can manage teams
The permissions are necessary because the 'User can manage teams' permission grants access to the Team page where the integration configurations are located.
Limitations
A role with only the permission to 'modify or create an integration' is insufficient for accessing the settings page. Access to the parent Team module is a prerequisite.
