How to Move a Test Case to Another Account

To move a test case or multiple test cases to another account, follow these steps:

Steps to Move a Test Case

  1. Select Test Case(s):

    • Check the checkbox next to the test case(s) you want to move.
    • Click on the Bulk Actions dropdown.
  2. Select Move to Other Account:

    • Select Move to Other Account from the Bulk Actions menu.
  3. Select Team:

    • Choose the team from the dropdown menu to which you want to move the test case(s).
  4. Select User:

    • Choose the specific user from the dropdown menu within the selected team.
  5. Select Project:

    • Choose the project from the dropdown menu to move the test case(s) to a specific project in the other account.
  6. Select Folder and Environment:

    • Choose the folder and environment from the dropdown menus to specify the destination folder and environment within the selected project.
  7. Confirm Move:

    • Click the Confirm button to finalize the move process.

By following these steps, the test case(s) will be moved to the specified user, project, folder, and environment in the other account.

    • Click on the Bulk Actions dropdown.
  2. Select Copy to Other Account:

    • Select Copy to Other Account from the Bulk Actions menu.
  3. Select Team:

    • Choose the team from the dropdown menu to which you want to copy the test case(s).
  4. Select User, Project, Environment:

    • Choose the specific user from the dropdown menu within the selected team.
    • Choose the project from the dropdown menu to copy the test case(s) to a specific project in the other account.
    • Choose the environment from the dropdown menu to specify the destination environment within the selected project
  5. Confirm Copy:

    • Click the Confirm button to finalize the copy process.

By following these steps, the test case(s) will be copied to the specified user, project, and environment in the other account, while the original test case(s) will remain in the current project.
